Why Was Roe v. Wade Overturned?

Here are some of the reasons that the justices gave in the majority opinion for overturning Roe.

The U.S. Supreme Court on June 24 issued an opinion in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization overturning Roe v. Wade and Planned Parenthood v. Casey, returning the question of abortion policy to the states and to the people’s elected representatives. Why did the high court make this decision? Here are some of the reasons that the justices gave in the majority opinion for overturning Roe: 1. The Constitution makes no reference to abortion. Abortion is ‘Pre-Eminent’ Human Rights Issue, Florida Bishop Says as Election Nears

This is the position of 100% faithful Catholic. This Catholic is doing God’s will. Jesus said no everybody who says Lord, Lord will enter the Kingdom of Heaven, only who does the will of the Father who is in Heaven. Who is not 100% faithful, like 99% faithful or less is lukewarm. Jesus said in the Book of Revelation what He does to lukewarm. He vomits them. He said to St. Faustina that the only way for lukewarm to be saved is to go to His Mercy. Being lukewarm, no repentance with humbleness at time of death, he or she will be in hell for eternity. Lukewarm or Cafeteria Catholics have the sin of pride, in the area of abortion and voting for the satanic party that supports abortion and other no negotiable issues. They say their way is better than God’s way. That is why they vote pro-choice …

I heard some people said they oppose abortion but women have a right to choose. As it is established that life starts at conception and at that moment is a human being, does any women have a right to kill a human being? The baby is completely innocent, even a deformed baby or with genetical abnormalities. To kill the baby because is not wanted anymore, even rape is intrinsically evil. It is one of the no negotiables. Voting for people that support that and approv…
